We know that there are high hp monsters, high attack speed, and spell casters.
How about if killing these monsters give bonus points?
Is there a way to add a code that if monster X is killed player Y gets +0.040 str pts?
I think this is a nice idea.
Reminds me of pokemon and the hidden point system.
Overview:
Killing specific type monsters give you bonus points.
Amount can be uniform OR monster level dependent.
Str types give you BONUS str points.
Agi types give you BONUS agi points
Int... blah blah. Etc.
Normal types give you a little more of all [or nothing at all if they are too troublesome]
Pro's:
They give attribute training a whole new level and feel.
Downside:
They may seem to give an advantage too and may take time to balance too make it fair game wise.
[We hate too see a wizard in training and just see its hp more that our defender don't we?]
A bonus 0.010 str for killing str types can be nice even if they are beyond the 10 level range.
Can keep those players from repicking since their character was a little short of strength.
HOWEVER this maybe another attribute system AND may interfere with that which is already implemented.
