TheOneNeo's glaive

To give the TheOneNeo's glaive to the questvendor you need the ability to wear 1-Hand-weapons, so you can carry it over with your heroinventory, means all casters are unable to complete more than the first quest.

Possibile Solutions:
- Make the questitems wearable by everyone like rings.
- Make quest solveable through the backpack.

Also +8Agi. Isnt that a bit "imba" better do +4 cuz i did the quest 20th times^^ 20x8=???^^ 160^^ but had 20int and 25 str with defender!!!!^^

As this issue is still unfixed:
Just remove any requirements from questitems. Noone cares if it is a 1handed weapon or not, a text like
