Necromancer's summons

It seems that the summoning of the necromancer's skeletons prevents further respawn of the creeps used to.
So for example after summoning five skeletons from banditscout-corpses no new banditscouts will respawn.

Possible Solutions:
- Might the creepspawnsystem depending on the corpses of the creeps and not only the kill?
- Counting of all the creepunits in the areas playerunits are in. If the number decreases - respawn some creeps.
