Idea: buff skill.

Is it possible to make buff skill, for example "Titan's strength", that gives +15/30/45 str to targeted hero for 3/4/5 minutes?
And which hero could have such skill?...

Point is:
-not too much weapons with stats on them. I have to wear +24 str helm/2-handed +12 str +12 agi spear with my tauren and blademaster heroes all the time :S;
-despite of my str and +36 str from equiped items i still not tough enough
-we mostly play alone or with friend, coz map is not as so popular as we want. Yet.
